Whisky & Ginger

Ingredients
  • Double or single shot of whisky
  • Ice
  • Top up with Nº3 Dry Ginger
  • Garnish with orange peel

Vermouth Spritz

Ingredients
  • Single or double shot of Vermouth
  • Ice
  • Top up with Nº5 Lemongrass Tonic
  • Garish with grapefruit slice or orange peel

Supersonic G & T

Ingredients
  • Single or double shot of your favourite gin
  • ice
  • Top up with Nº1 London Tonic
  • Garnish with lime wedge or peel

Virgin Mary Spritz

3/4 of your favourite Bloody Mary Mix served over ice in a highball topped with Nº9 Cardamom Tonic. Recipe serves 8.
  • 750ml Tomato Juice
  • Juice of 1 Lemon & 3 limes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon peeled and finely grated fresh horseradish
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chunky salt and tobacco

Rum Float

Soft, rich, buttery bubbles fill the mouth with vanilla and cream. This cream soda perfectly compliments a sweet dark rum.
  • Single or double shot of rum
  • Top with Nº16 Cream Soda
  • Finished with 2 scoops of vanilla or rum and raisin ice cream

Salt & Oat Mezcal Paloma

Combine the gin, Cerasum, cherry blossom honey syrup and lemon juice with ice in a shaking tin. Shake vigorously and strain into a coupe.
  • 40ml Mezcal Amores
  • 20ml oat water
  • 1 dash @Bitter_Union aromatic bitters
  • 80ml Peter Spanton Nº13 Salted Paloma
  • Garnish with a cherry and a cherry blossom
