Ingredients
  • Single or double shot of Vermouth
  • Ice
  • Top up with Nº5 Lemongrass Tonic
  • Garish with grapefruit slice or orange peel

Supersonic G & T

Ingredients
  • Single or double shot of your favourite gin
  • ice
  • Top up with Nº1 London Tonic
  • Garnish with lime wedge or peel

Countach Rickey

An inspired creation from the wizards at Behind This Wall, London.Some kind of early doors pre mojito mutated highball with all the simple things in the right place.
  • Argala Gin
  • Lime juice
  • Simple syrup
  • Aragala rinse pastis
  • Nº5 Lemongrass Tonic topper

G & Tea

This is a delicious serve whether you make the alcoholic version as below or leave out the spirit. People also love it when we make it and serve it from a glass teapot shared with a group of friends.
  • 50ml Earl Grey infused Gin
  • Top up with Nº5 Lemongrass Tonic
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon

Old Fashioned Notcher

The inspiration for the Nº3 and this serve was Peter's Father, whose favourite drink was Whiskey & ginger. Its smokey tones and vanilla notes will transport you back to a 1950s east end pub.
  • 2 shots whisky
  • 1/2 shot simple syrup
  • a dash of bitters
  • Finish with Nº3 Dry Ginger
  • and orange peel garnish
